Spring Green Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2  cups water
  • 1 cup green cabbage chopped
  • 1/2 large cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 small apple chopped
  • handful parsley
  • handful dandelion greens

Directions

  1. Use a high-power blender (i.e. Vitamix) for best results. In the order presented, add ingredients to the blender container and blend until smooth (about 15-30 seconds). Pour your beverage into a glass and sip slowly. Enjoy two hours in between meals.
  2. For variety, substitute the small apple for a small orange.
