Seed 'N Oat Sandwich Bread
Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup buckwheat groats
1/2 cup whole grain rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2-1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
6 teaspoon coconut oil melted
water

Directions
Grind seeds and buckwheat groats in food processor to a fine flour.
Add whole grain oats, salt, and coconut sugar to the seed flour and mix thoroughly.
Gradually stir in 1 1/2 cups of water. Add melted coconut oil and mix until smooth.
Let stand for 5 minutes. The mixture will be firm. Slowly add more water to desired consistency resembling pancake mix. A thinner batter will cook evenly and yield an ideal texture for sandwich bread.
Pour small pancake-sized batter onto hot griddle and cook on each side for 1 minute or until done.
Thoroughly cool. Enjoy creating open-faced sandwiches using your seed bread or enjoy with main course.
