2 cups mixed greens and cabbage (spinach, shredded purple cabbage, mache rosettes)
Fresh basil
1 medium carrot (grated or chopped)
1 small orange, sliced
1/2 cup black beans
Dressing (1T lime juice, 1T apple cider vinegar, 2t olive oil, pinch sea salt, pepper, 1/4t turmeric).
Toss up and enjoy as a side or main course.
