Age Gracefully

Has your exercise routine become boring and repetitive?  Do you have difficulty with mobility but would welcome a great workout routine to address your issues?  Are you interested in protecting yourself against cognitive decline?

We all know that exercise is good for body, mind and spirit.  Research shows that a consistent fitness program can tone the body, expedite weight loss, build strength and endurance, elevate mood, reduce the risks of chronic diseases, improve sleep, slow the aging process, and more.

Raise the bar by adding a new training dimension to your schedule. Consider a program that is appropriate for most ages and abilities; includes a fun sequence of exercises that will never become stale; and that will regularly “trick” your muscles and help them grow, develop and adapt while stimulating the brain.

Want to get your blood flowing and your joints jumping?  Ageless Grace® may be the solution you’ve been looking for.

Ageless Grace® is an anti-aging fitness and wellness program for the body AND brain.

It’s based on the science of neuroplasticity, which demonstrates that the brain has the ability to change form and function over time through physical and cognitive activities.  Yes, the brain can be rewired!

Unlike some routines, Ageless Grace® uses every part of the body and promotes Lifelong Comfort and Ease.  The program consists of 21 Simple Tools or exercises that stimulate and utilize the five areas of the brain—strategic planning, memory and recall, analytical thinking, creativity and imagination, and kinesthetic learning. These Tools are designed to be practiced in a chair and the sequences are set to lively music, for a playful and engaging experience.

This may be the fresh fitness approach you need to keep you on your toes. Some of my favorite Tools are Juicy Joints, Shake It Up Baby, and Rockin’ Rockettes.

Think you can’t get a good workout in a chair?  Think again.

If you want to enjoy the ability to move comfortably and independently while attending to the various tasks you face each day, it’s imperative to dedicate some time to insuring all your joints receive the attention they require.

I have been a certified Ageless Grace® Educator for five years.  During my sessions, my students have expressed appreciation for the 21 Tools.  Many come to class feeling tired and stiff, and by the end of the session, are refreshed and more flexible.  One 90-year-old participant was thrilled about her improved joint mobility and increased range of motion.

If you know someone who wants to improve their mobility and boost their brain functioning, tell them to come out and play.

Consider This
If the Ageless Grace® program relates to your passion and purpose, I encourage you to get certified as an AG Educator, and ask your park districts, health clubs and senior communities if they would be interested in offering a class—that you will teach.

Four Steps to Nourish, Transform and Flourish
